The Philippines’ Panay Island in the Visayas is on the Top 25 Best Destinations Asia recommended by Trip Advisor’s Travelers Choice Awards.
The only Philippine destination in the Top 25 Best Destinations Asia of the 2018 Trip Advisor Travelers Choice Awards was ranked No. 20 based on reviews and votes of travelers.
Panay Island consists of Antique, Aklan, Capiz, and Iloilo provinces. The island boasts of multiple mountains, hills, beaches and other outstanding places to visit such as Boracay’s White Beach which was cited in the 2019 Trip Advisor Best Beaches list.
Puka Beach, Ariel’s Point, Motag Travel Museum, and the Gigantes Group of Islands have also been recommended by Trip Advisor users as among the 10 Best Things to Do In Panay Island which include island hopping, sailing, visiting caves, checking out historic sites, museums and churches.
