Pinoy Pop Group SoundBreak 19 (SB19) grabbed the 5th spot on the Billboard Social 50 rankings this week.
Billboard Charts tweeted on April 21, 2020, the week’s Social 50 chart which ranked SB19 in 5th place.
The group beat Kpop groups EXO, ATEEZ, NCT Dream and Tomorrow X Together (TXT), and Indonesian writer Fiersa Besari in the Top 10. The list also includes BTS, GOT7, Andrea Boccelli (debut), and NCT 127.
SB19 is the first Filipino act to debut on The Billboard Social 50, a weekly and popularity chart ranking of the most active artists on the world’s leading social network sites.
A’Tin, the SB19 fandom that helped Taal evacuees earlier this year, congratulated the group for its achievement.

Their song “Go Up” landed on the 17th spot on the Billboard Social 50 list of January 25, 2020, beating international pop artist Rihanna and K-pop global superstar Super Junior.
In 2019, the group landed at 6th spot on Billboard’s Next Big Sound chart for their musical act and fast-rising popularity across the globe.
Composed of Sejun, Josh, Stell, Ken, and Justin, SB19 is the first-ever P-POP boy group trained under a Korean entertainment company, ShowBT Philippines.
The group wrapped up their milestone year 2019 with a collaboration video for Netflix Philippines.
Meanwhile, indie folk-pop Filipino band Ben&Ben climbed to the 29th spot on the Global Billboard Social 50 Chart, overtaking artists from the United States.
