The Philippines’ bet, Isabelle De Los Santos, placed first runner-up at the recently concluded Miss Aura International 2024 pageant in Turkiye.
The Filipina beauty from Makati City competed against 44 delegates and eventually emerged as this year’s first runner-up during the coronation night held on October 18 (October 19 Philippine time) at Rixos Sungate in Antalya.
The Pinay actress and beauty queen shone on stage during the swimsuit competition and in the evening gown segment where she wore a shimmering white creation designed by Daniel Manila.
De Los Santos also showcased Filipino symbols during the national costume competition with her June Samson Pugat white Filipiniana gown accented with Anahaw, considered the national leaf of the Philippines.
In the Final 5 question-and-answer portion, the psychology degree holder from De La Salle University conveyed a message of practicality and generosity by choosing to be rich rather than famous.
“I would rather be rich because I can use my money to create opportunities to uplift people. When we use our money well, we can allow people to prosper and eventually create a world that cultivates an aura of generosity and prosperity,” she answered.
Here is the final result of this year’s Miss Aura International pageant:
