IWG, a global leader in hybrid working solutions, has opened its first HQ-branded flexible co-working space in Quezon City, marking its second in the Philippines.
The new hybrid workspace is located on the ground floor of the strategically situated Triumph Building in Quezon City.
The new HQ is the latest collaboration between IWG and Triumph Spaces Inc. Their first joint venture, Regus at Triumph Square, is also located along Quezon Avenue in Quezon City.
Terrence Lim, President of Triumph Spaces Inc., highlighted the partnership, stating it “enables us to leverage on their expertise and global reach, and reaffirming our commitment to meeting the evolving needs of business today.”
Rowena Natividad, IWG’s Head of Growth and Development, emphasized the shared vision with partners like Triumph Spaces to provide world-class workspaces nationwide.

In addition to the HQ Triumph Building, IWG also opened Regus Nepo Center in Angeles City, Regus Adriatico Square in Manila, and Spaces PNB Makati Centre in the second quarter of 2024.
Lars Wittig, IWG’s Philippines Country Manager, described these openings as part of an “expanding, meaningful network of growth” amid the growing demand for hybrid working models.

HQ Triumph Building and Regus Triumph Square in Quezon City offer virtual offices, office spaces, co-working areas, and state-of-the-art meeting rooms, leading the hybrid work revolution in the area.
