The Cultural Center of the Philippines (CCP) grounds in Pasay City, Manila, have reopened to visitors engaged in fitness activities such as jogging.
CCP welcomed back visitors to the CCP Complex outdoor spaces on July 7, 2020, over three months since it closed to the public following health protocols and community quarantine to stop the spread of coronavirus disease.
“The CCP grounds are open for jogging, exercising and other physical wellness activities,” CCP social media announced.
The following guidelines were issued by CCP:
- Visitors to practice social distancing
- Visitors to wear face masks and face shields
- CCP Front Lawn will be limited to only 30 people at a time
- CCP Ramp will be closed to visitors
The CCP is celebrating 50 years since its establishment and has hosted performances, managed museums, and staged outdoor shows. Although not officially a park, it has welcomed families and friends to roam its spacious grounds.
SEND CHEERS to the CCP community for opening its grounds to fitness activities amid the COVID 19 pandemic.
