Asia’s Pop Sweetheart Julie Ann San Jose won the Silver at the 12th International Song Contest: The Global Sound.
Representing the Philippines, San Jose placed second for her song “Tidal Wave” in a close battle which gave her 500 points, just next to Peru representative Temple Sour’s “Te Gusto” (I like You) with 501 points.
The International Song Contest, an online music contest that started in June 2012, is non-profit community that aims to get global recognition for various talents from over 99 countries.
The Philippines won the 10th edition of the competition with Sarah Geronimo‘s “Kilometro”, giving the country the honor of being the first Asian country to win in ISC Global Sound.
