“America’s Got Talent: The Champions” Grand Finalist Marcelito Pomoy is going on a United States concert tour and it’s another winning project as tickets are selling briskly.
After placing 3rd runner up in the talent competition on February 18, 2020, (Philippine time), Marcelito Pomoy revealed to media that he is set to perform in several countries, including the United States.
Pomoy today shared on social media the 13 tour dates in as many venues from Tampa, Florida on June 27, 2020 up to Washington, D.C. in August 2, 2020.
The dual-voiced Filipino singer will be on tour with inspirational pianist and musical director, Joel Sebag.
Pomoy also shared on Facebook some screenshots of his chat conversation with a producer of the shows who hinted at needing to stage a part 2 of the concert due to the brisk sales.
“Ang hatak ng tickets ay mabilis. We don’t need to market. People are really calling for reservations. Iba ka pare ko,” the producer said.
Another producer announced more brisk ticket sales, saying, “I released mine this morning. In 2 hours sold 200 tickets. That never happen ever since I produced shows in 20 years.”
Pomoy captioned the posts with, “WOW!!! Super thank you…. I just couldn’t believe that this is all happening now.. Up until now I feel like I am in Cloud-9… waaahhh… Thank you dear Lord Jesus Christ for everything that you have done for me… See you all in USA very soon.. ”
Fans were also excited to see Marcelito Pomoy live on tour. Some netizens are even asking the Pilipinas Got Talent champion to perform in their country and place which are not included in the tour.

Marcelito Pomoy says he feels like a champion and a winner as America’s Got Talent judges and fans from all over the world sent him messages of congratulations and encouragement after he placed 3rd Runner Up.
Marcelito Pomoy first stunned the world with his AGT audition piece of Andrea Bocelli and Celine Dion duet of “The Prayer” as he instantly switched from soprano to tenor voice. His audition aired on January 13 earned him a standing ovation from the four judges.
