The list of 75 Most Influential Filipino-Americans (MIFA) of 2020 has been released by Blogtalk Hollywood with MJ Racadio, America’s First Fil-Am Hollywood Entertainment Podcasting Show.
The annual list published on October 18, 2020, marks the yearly observance of Filipino-American History Month (FAHM) that celebrates the arrival of the first Filipinos in Morro Bay in California’s Central Coast on October 18, 1587. as part of The Manila-Acapulco Galleon Trade.
The Blogtalk list introduces the new set of honorees: “Fil-Ams did not stop in making a difference in our community especially in American society at large.
“We have spearheaded the fight for COVID-19 with our fellow front-liners including doctors, nurses, caregivers, farmers, supermarket employees, public servants, entertainment industry, fashion designers, and so on. Fil-Ams truly stand out because of resilience and love for our fellowmen.”
