Child prodigy Worth Lodriga, the Little Picasso of the Philippines, is creating artworks for his Philippine Culture Series on 5 Filipino traditions.
Lodriga, who has won numerous awards including two Junior Picasso’s 7-Star Artist Awards, posted on social media about the rationale of the new painting series.
“Filipinos are known as settlers in many parts of the world. We are like the chameleon who easily adapts to different environments. But everywhere we go, we are loved and appreciated for our Filipino Culture and Traditions.”
The Little Picasso, featured in the new Promil Child television commercials with his mother Architect Wendy Lodriga, is known for championing Filipino Pride in his artwork and in international competitions.
The 9-year-old child prodigy teased in mid-April about his new project with a sneak preview into the series under “LOVE and COURTSHIP.”
Worth Lodriga is currently working on the 5th installment of the “Love and Courtship” series with “Mag-anak.” The “Values and Traditions” Series will be up next, according to Wendy Lodriga.
