Wolfgang vocalist Basti Artadi leads the Filipino acts performing online at the Singapore-based Baybeats Music Festival this November.

Wolfgang’s frontman will be joined by guitarist Manuel Legarda, Zild Benitez from IV of Spades, and rock band Hilera in the online edition of the Baybeats festival as it returns for the second time this year in Esplanade – Theatres on the Bay, Singapore, from November 6 to 8, 2020.

The Filipino musicians are included in the 24 acts from Singapore, Indonesia, the United States, and the Philippines in the annual event that presents a fist-pumping line-up of prominent Singapore and international acts, covering genres such as folk, pop, R&B, metal, emo, punk, electro, and others.

The Baybeats music festival will live stream performances for three days and will invite select concert-goers to take part on-site for some performances, in line with the Singapore government’s current regulations to contain the spread of the novel coronavirus disease.

Hilera and Zild will be performing on the second day of the event, while Wolfgang’s Basti and Manuel will close out the last day of the music festival.

The Baybeats music festival features international acts like Spacewalk, .gif, Hanging Up The Moon, per[sona, Riot !n Magenta, Mediocre Haircut Crew, Bedchamner, Bottlesmoker Approaching Aphelion, Forests, M1LDL1FE, Remnants, and Subsonic Eye, among others.

More details are available on the Baybeats official website. You can also catch the live-streaming events on their YouTube channel and Facebook page.

Online concerts are now part of the new normal for original Pinoy music artists who are using their voices to raise funds for those in need amid the COVID-19 pandemic.

Indie folk-pop band Ben&Ben’s Puhon Facebook Live concert raised over 2.7 million in an hour to support frontliners in the fight against the coronavirus disease while Mr. Pure Energy Gary Valenciano, OPM icons Ogie Alcasid and Christian Bautista performed in online concerts for children’s welfare.
