Filipino singing sensation Marcelito Pomoy’s Grand Finals performance on America’s Got Talent (AGT) was leaked ahead of the show Monday night (Tuesday AM Philippine Time) and it is again garnering netizen reactions worldwide and seems to be heading for another trending YouTube video status.
In the new video performance posted by AGT on February 9, the dual-voiced champion singer displayed his unique flawless switching from soprano to tenor voice while singing the Disney movie theme hit song, “Beauty and the Beast” originally sung by Celine Dion and Peabo Bryson in 1992 and re-recorded by Ariana Grande and John Legend in 2017.
Prior to the posting of the video, Pomoy has been engaging supporters on social media about the song choice for his AGT Grand Finals performance.
Pomoy’s singing his Grand Finals song was apparently leaked and prompted AGT to release the full video including the judges’ comments.
The Filipino singer also went on social media to say: “please watch this guys… I really don’t know what happened.. But I think a leak has been revealed so AGT needs to post the whole video to solidify the views… Hope you like it… God bless us all..
“Win or Lose… I am very much happy with all that is happening right now.. Love you all guys.. Stay tune for the Grand finals….
“I just hope you will still watch the show even if there is a leak of my performance.. ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️”
AGT Facebook captioned the video saying, “Marcelito Pomoy is taking the world by storm, and you CANNOT miss his Finals performance!”
The YouTube release of the same video has hit over 2 Million views – and it’s still rising.

The Pilipinas Got Talent champion is battling with 9 other finalists for the title of AGT Champion after his performance of Andrea Bocelli and Sarah Brightman’s “Con Te Partirò (Time To Say Goodbye) got him through the semifinals round as the 3rd pick of Superfans votes.
The preview video of his semis performance went straight to #1 on YouTube Trending Video within hours of posting.
The full video performance of Marcelito Pomoy’s semis song also went straight to #1 YouTube Trending Videos immediately after the show aired.
Marcelito Pomoy’s initial AGT performance of “The Prayer” by Andrea Bocelli and Celine Dion earned rave reviews from the AGT judges and Superfans votes that sent him to the semis.
