University of the Philippines Baguio (UP Baguio) alumnus Shaphir Aleph Lizarondo’s Paperspective art is being showcased at the Tricera Gallery in Japan.
The Paperspective art exhibited in Japan, first introduced to the public in late 2019 at the Corte de Papel of the Blanco Art Gallery in Angono, Rizal, features endangered animals, plant life, and Philippine indigenous people.
The UP Baguio alumnus shared on social media the good news of his paper art being exhibited in Japan at the Tricera gallery.
“This is so surreal. I am so happy to inform you guys that Paperspective is now consigned with TRiCERA, Inc. Yey! Tricera Inc is a contemporary art gallery based in Japan. They are also an art management company that caters artists around the globe. Thank you for the trust and thank you for the opportunity to present not only myself but also the species and people of my country, the Philippines, to the world. ❤”
