Sun Life Global Solutions (SLGS) in the Philippines has welcomed Nathalie Bernardo as its new Vice President and Site Head. Bernardo steps into this pivotal role to spearhead the organization’s strategy and operational excellence. She will focus on enhancing technology and digital innovations for Asia, alongside optimizing business operations and client services for North America.
Bringing over two decades of expertise in IT solutions, global delivery, and customer service, Bernardo is recognized for her exceptional leadership and operational management across multiple functions and geographies. Her background includes significant contributions to shared services, customer engagement, and vendor management.

Bernardo’s tenure at Accenture Inc. as Managing Director is marked by her achievements in business growth and service excellence, including establishing the Philippines as a key delivery hub for Infrastructure and Cloud Services. Her achievements included establishing the Philippines as a primary delivery location for Infrastructure and Cloud Services for the Japanese market, ensuring seamless delivery during COVID-19 mobilization, and successfully merging the Service Desk and Workplace into a new portfolio.
Her extensive experience also spans roles at Coca-Cola Far East Ltd. and Hewlett-Packard Asia Pacific Ltd., showcasing her capabilities in global program management and team leadership. Bernardo holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Management Engineering, with a minor in Chemical Engineering, and an MBA from De La Salle University.
