Miss Philippines Flordeliz Mabao of Taytay, Rizal gracefully raised the Philippine colors in international beauty pageantry after winning the Miss Scuba International 2019 Second Runner-up title in Kota Kinabalu, Malaysia.
The Filipina beauty shined among candidates from all over the world and was hailed as one of the pageant’s top 3 winners in the coronation night held on November 16.
The University of Santo Tomas alumna also took home the Best in National Costume award after showcasing an attire inspired by the Igorot tribe of Cordillera in the northern Philippines.
Flordeliz Mabao was also among the top 6 of the Best in the Talent competition.
Mabao emerged in the three top winners of Miss Scuba International after performing excellently in the preliminaries where she was chosen among the top 12 candidates.

International 2019 in Singapore and Miss International 2019 Top 8 finalist Bea Patricia Magtanong of Bataan who wowed the English-speaking audiences worldwide and earned praised in her speech about women empowerment.
Bicolana beauty Kayesha Clauden Chua clinched the 2019 Miss Asia Awards crown in Ho Chi Minh City, Cyrille Payumo of Pampanga was crowned Miss Tourism International 2019 in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, and Pangasinan’s Jessa Mae Magyano De Vera bagged Ms. Cosmo World 2019 2nd Runner-up honors in Kuala Lumpur.
