Meet the Power Duo – the Filipino act that was last to get into the Asia’s Got Talent (AGT) Grand Finals and who ended up carrying the Philippine flag to the Top 3 spot on the popular talent competition.
Real-life dating couple Anjanette and Gervin danced and romanced with passionate and dramatic flair to grab a berth in the the finals show of Asia’s Got Talent and successfully clinched the Top 3 spot in the talent showdown.
The dance couple also known together as Javin was announced on April 4 to have made it to the finals, joining two other Filipino acts – Junior Good Vibes and Shadow Ace – who were earlier sent to the season-ender show pitting 9 acts.
The AGT Results Show on April 11 eventually gave the title to Taiwan’s magician, Eric Chien.

The Power Duo, who hails from Angono, Rizal, was the Pilipinas Got Talent Winner in 2016 before joining the 2019 AGT, passing the audition show with their death-defying dance stunts.
The couple had an amazing semi-finals stage that prompted Judge David Foster to remark, “I said in the Semi-Finals that they belong in the finals, and here they are on the Grand Final stage. It’s exactly where they belong.”
“That one moment when she dropped 20 feet into your arms – that was probably THE greatest moment on all 3 seasons of this show, so thank you for that,” David Foster remarked about Power Duo’s finals performance on the AGT stage.
