Thirty-five young Filipinos have been named in Tatler Asia’s Generation T (Gen. T) Leaders of Tomorrow, the 2024 best-of-list celebrating over 200 influential personalities making positive impacts across Asia.
Among this year’s honorees are exceptional Filipinos involved in rural development, space exploration, maternal and child health, sustainable solutions, business, and different media platforms.

- Christophe Bariou: Co-founder of Dehusk Milk, Maison Bukana Resort, and Maison Bukana Wines, contributing to the hospitality and food industries.
- Dean Bernales: Founder and CEO of Uniquecorn Strategies, known for his strategic business insights.
- Kiyanusch Braun: Co-founder and CEO of GoRocky, a company focused on innovative solutions.
- Nadine Gadia-Casiño: Founder of Modern Nanays of Mindanao and Alima Mother Support Center, advocating for maternal and child health.
- Nate Clarke: CEO of GoTyme Bank, leading advancements in the banking sector.
- Mae Coyiuto: An author known for her captivating literary works.

- David Ongchoco: Co-founder and general partner of Comma Capital, excelling in venture capital.
- Joaquin Pedro Valdes: A talented actor recognized for his roles in film and theater.
- Martin Xavier Peñaflor: Founder and CEO of Tangere, leading market research innovations.
- Mikaela Helene Reyes: Co-founder and CEO of Parallax, focusing on technological advancements.
- Rafael Rodrigo: Co-founder and CEO of Axelrod Holdings and Spiced Up, contributing to the food and beverage industry.
- Karen Jane Salutan-Krukover: Founder and CEO of EdukSine, promoting educational cinema.
- Sergius Angelo Santos: CEO of Solx Technologies, advancing in renewable energy solutions.
- Cat Triviño: Community director at Cora Philippines, advocating for environmental sustainability.
The selection of this year’s honorees involved a six-month rigorous screening by a panel of judges, including Filipino celebrity host Tim Yap and Franco Varona of Foxmont Capital Partner.
These young leaders encompassed business growth, fundraising success, industry awards, disruptive products or services, and geographical impact.
The honorees were recognized at an awards night last June 3 at Shangri-La The Fort, Manila.

Each winner received a personalized cover of Tatler Asia’s June 2024 issue and exclusive access to past winners for networking and potential collaborations.
In its official statement, Tatler Asia emphasized the exceptional quality of this year’s list: “These aren’t just names on a list; they’re over 200 passionate souls, each embodying the very best of what Asia has to offer. Honoree Juliane “Juca” Lacsina expressed her gratitude in a Facebook post, stating, “Thank you very much TATLER ASIA for recognizing our collective effort at GOEden in serving our farmers and including them in the digital transformation of the agri sector.”
She also highlights a line in her post from Syrah Inocencio, an editor at the magazine, saying that they are “celebrating leaders who are not just envisioning the future but creating it”.
