Everyone can now enjoy Mabuhay, the inflight magazine of the Philippines, in its online edition.
Established in 1963 to inspire travelers to the Philippines, the travel publication officially launched its website at mabuhay.philippineairlines.com on November 25, 2020.
The Mabuhay website “promises to inspire Filipinos planning to travel within the Philippines and beyond” with guides to Philippine Airlines’ (PAL) domestic and international destinations, travel-focused news, lists of the best places to dine and visit, and tips on unforgettable adventures.
Accomplished Filipinos living abroad in a PAL destination – like actress Rachelle Ann Go in London, bag designer Rafe Totengco in New York, and architect JJ Acuña in Hong Kong – share insider tips on how to enjoy their adoptive city in “Welcome To My City”, joined by local personalities like fashion entrepreneur Marga Nograles in Davao and chef JP Anglo in Bacolod.
Readers can also head to the website’s Shop section to read about young, social-conscious entrepreneurs who are collaborating with indigenous artists and artisans to create products that define the modern Filipino spirit.
Mabuhay aims to inspire passengers with striking photography and uplifting stories from the region. It also hopes to capture the heart of the Filipino and motivate travelers to explore the world.
Mabuhay is published on behalf of Philippine Airlines by Ink, the world’s leading travel media company.
