Philippine malls Greenhills, Tiendesitas, and Estancia, together bagged four bronze medals at the 7th annual Asia-Pacific Stevie Awards.
With over 1,000 nominations from organizations across the Asia-Pacific, the Ortigas Malls won in various categories for innovations.
The 2020 Stevie Awards winners announced on July 8, 2020, were determined by more than 100 executives from around the world who judged the entries from May to June.
Greenhills received its Bronze Stevie Awards for Innovation in Community Relations or Public Service Communications for EntrePinoy and also for Innovation in Consumer Events for the first-ever Laser Light Symphony during the Christmas season.
Tiendesitas Mall, recognized as the go-to place for pets, won the Award for Innovation in Consumer Events for its Pet Blessing campaign.
The newly-launched Estancia wing bagged the Award for Innovation in the Use of Celebrities or Public Figures with its partnership with Asia’s fashion icon Heart Evangelista as the malls’ ambassador.

“From supporting small businesses, providing activities for pets and their owners, to opening a premier shopping destination, we will always be humbled that we have new and loyal patrons that let us into their daily lives,” added Bacani.

In previous years, other malls in the country received numerous Stevie Awards including Resorts World Manila and SM Supermalls.
This year, despite the economic slowdown because of the pandemic, some businesses are starting to re-open following the safety protocols, including Shangri-La Plaza which reopened using safety stickers designed by shoppers
