Filipino actress Genesis Canlapan, popularly known as Patricia Javier successfully raised the Philippine flag in the inaugural edition of Noble Queen of the Universe
The Pinay movie actress-turned-beauty queen bested more than 20 candidates from different countries to bag the international pageant’s highest title on December 1 during the coronation ceremony held at Manila Hotel.
The Filipino pride from Antipolo Rizal first won the Mrs. Universe Philippines crown in 2018 and was supposed to represent the country in the international tilt. However, due to conflict of schedule, she backed out and was later tapped to compete in the first-ever Noble Queen of the Universe.

- Noble Queen International – Marie France Imelda Papin Carrion, Philippines-Bicol
- Noble Queen Globe – Beau Singson Villanueva, Australia
- Noble Queen Tourism – Anna Rabtsun Baylosis, Russia
- Noble Queen Earth – Jill Chapman,West Coast USA
- 1st runner-up – Ritchell Catt, Guam
- 2nd runner-up – Sylvia Kim, Korea
After the pageant, Patricia went on social media to express her gratitude to all who supported her pageant journey.
“Thank you so much to all my family, friends and followers for all your prayers and full support with my journey,” the newly crowned beauty queen said in her Instagram post.
The 40-year-old wife and mother shares the same success story with Cyrille Payumo of Pampanga who won Mutya Pilipinas 2019 1st Runner-up and was later appointed to compete internationally. Payumo went on to win the country’s 5th Miss Tourism International crown.
Other Filipino actresses who became beauty queen titleholders include Megan Young who won Miss World 2013 and Pia Wurtzbach who clinched the Miss Universe crown in 2015.
