As Pinoy pop idol group SB19 prepared to go onstage for the WISH Music Awards on Sunday, a group from their fandom A’TIN went to Batangas to help the evacuees who were displaced by the Taal Volcano eruption.
A’TIN gathered grocery items, canned goods, drinking water and towels and brought them to the evacuees from Brgy. Gahol, Taal, Batangas on January 19, 2020.
ABS-CBN caught sight of the SB19 fans and tweeted about their good deed.
Netizens praised the fans who exemplified how friendship borne out of common interests is a bond that connects people through thick and thin and showed what fans can do together.
Twitter user @KendraSuson commented on the ABS-CBN thread: “I’m PROUD to say that I’m part of this FAMdom. We’re here to support SB19 but in times of calamities, we’re also here for our fellow Filipinos. Thank you, @ABSCBNNews! Our FAMdom aims to spread positivity!”

Since the eruption of Taal Volcano last January 12, 2020, people have been moved to provide help to the affected residents, among them, Angel Locsin and fellow celebrities, Syrian vlogger Basel Manadil, ordinary Filipinos, social media users, overseas Filipinos, rival universities, church groups, NGOs and government agencies who worked together to alleviate the sufferings of the victims.
SEND cheers to the SB19 A’TIN fandom (FAMdom) for using their friendship bond for the common good!
