Here’s a list of churches across the Philippines that offer the live-streaming of Holy Mass celebrations in observance of Holy Week this 2022.
The season of Lent, characterized by prayer, fasting, and almsgiving, concludes with Holy Week, one of the most important events in the liturgical calendar for many Filipinos in the predominantly Catholic nation in Southeast Asia.
This year, churches across the country are once again welcoming devotees during the week-long observance to commemorate the passion, death, and resurrection of Jesus Christ, after the Covid-19 pandemic disrupted the observance of in-person Holy Week activities and traditions in the Philippines over the past two years.
Those who are celebrating Holy Week from the safety of their homes can still hear Mass and follow liturgical activities online as they pray and reflect on their lives during the season.
The following is a list of Philippine churches’ announcements of their live-streaming of Masses during Maundy Thursday, Good Friday, Black Saturday, and Easter Sunday.
