Francisco immediately went on Twitter and Instagram, saying, “We made it to TOP 5 friends. What in the world… This is literally a dream come true. Thank you so kindly. I appreciate you all.”
For his first Finale performance, Francisco Martin slayed with the Harry Styles 2020 hit “Adore You”.
His performance made judge Luke Bryan say that he is so proud that Francisco made it to the Top 5 and that he just enjoyed watching his confidence.
“Thank you for working so hard these past few months,” Bryan said.
“You know Francisco, you are actually in the finals of American Idol and you earned it. Now you have a stage presence even better than that. Congratulations I am so proud of you. I love you, man!” judge Lionel Richie said.
Katy Perry added that Martin deserved to be in the finale. “I saw you smiling on the screen. I mean if you can do that to an iPhone imagine what you will do to a large crowd.”

“Every time I see you, I smile while you are performing because you have delivered the goods on graduation day. God Bless you man,” Lionel added.
Francisco Martin honored his Filipino frontliner mom by singing “River” by Leon Bridges on Mother’s Day as he performed from home.
