The world boxing champion from Puerto Princesa, Palawan led Team Philippines’ boxing medal haul of 2 golds and 1 bronze.
The 4-time Southeast Asian Games gold medallist bagged gold in in the Women’s Light Flyweight category in the tournament held in Guwahati from May 20 to 24.

Zamboanga City’s Eumir Felix Marcial grabbed his gold medal in the Men’s Middleweight Division.
Carlo Paalam of Cagayan de Oro settled for a bronze finish as he was not allowed to continue his fight in the semifinal match after suffering from a head injury during the quarterfinals.
