Jamie Rivera, whose real name is Mary Jane Cruz Mendoza posted her video on Facebook that started off with her message, “Hi this is Jamie Rivera, I just want to share this song with all of you just to remind us all to pray”.
“In this time of uncertainty, please do not underestimate the power of PRAYER. Have faith in the Lord and believe that He will never forsake us. Ask God to heal not only our families, the Filipinos but the whole world. The Lord said In 2 Chronicles 7:14 –
”If my people, who are called by my name, shall humble themselves, and pray, and seek my face, and turn from their wicked ways; then I will hear from heaven, and will forgive their sin and heal their land”. #Lordhealourland #prayforthewholeworld #believeinthepowerofprayer #pray #thistoowillpass #covid19,” Rivera posted on her Facebook page .
“God Bless us all! Magdasal po tayo,” she said at the end of the video.
“If my people will humble themselves
Humble themselves and pray
If they seek my face and humble themselves
And turn from their wicked ways
“I will hear from heaven and forgive their sins
I will hear from heaven and heal their land”
The first two stanzas of the song are taken from the response of the Lord to Solomon, which can be found in 2 Chronicles 7:14 of the Holy Bible.

“Heal Our Land” was first released in 2011. Here are the lyrics:
HEAL OUR LAND
By Jamie Rivera
If my people will humble themselves
Humble themselves and pray
If they seek my face and humble themselves
And turn from their wicked ways
I will hear from heaven and forgive their sins
I will hear from heaven and heal their land
Lord, heal our land
Father, heal our land
Hear our cry and turn our nation back to You
Lord, heal our land
Hear us oh, Lord, and heal our land
Forgive our sin and heal our broken land
Lord, we bow our knees, we humble ourselves
Humble ourselves and pray
Lord, we seek your face and humble ourselves
And turn from our wicked ways
Father in Your mercy, forgive our sins
Father in Your mercy, come heal our land
Lord, heal our land
Father, heal our land
Hear our cry and turn our nation back to You
Lord, heal our land
Hear us oh, Lord, and heal our land
Forgive our sin and heal our broken land
Lord, heal our land
Father, heal our land
Hear our cry and turn our nation back to You
Lord, heal our land
Hear us oh, Lord, and heal our land
Forgive our sin and heal our broken land
(Lord, heal our land
Father, heal our land)
Hear our cry and heal our broken land
