The Gabi ng Parangal awards night, themed as a celebration of the “best work across our industry that moves audiences to action, changes perceptions, and advocates for good,” will see nearly 500 entries from over 100 companies competing for the Grand Anvil and Platinum Anvil awards. These awards celebrate the year’s most impactful PR campaigns and tools, showcasing innovation and effectiveness in the field.

Judging and Awards
The Anvil Awards, presented by the Public Relations Society of the Philippines (PRSP) for nearly six decades, symbolize excellence in Philippine PR. Entries undergo rigorous three-phase evaluation by distinguished local and international panels of screeners, judges, and multi-sectoral jurors. Lending credence to the judging process is SGV, the Official Tabulator of the 59th Anvil Awards.
This year, the Anvils incorporated international award best practices and introduced the categories Best Use of Digital, Best Use of Social Media; and and Best PR-led Integrated Campaign.
The event will recognize top PR achievements with Silver and Gold Anvils, along with the special Grand Anvil for the most outstanding PR Program and Platinum Anvil for the most outstanding PR Tool. The prestigious Agency of the Year and Company of the Year will also be announced.
Leah Huang, Chairperson of the 59th Anvil Awards and Managing Director at Ogilvy, highlighted the event’s significance: “Now more than ever, the value that PR brings to the table is evident. Building trust and credibility, PR initiatives and content catalyze resharing among influencers, creating a ripple effect that can influence opinions, shift perceptions, and drive advocacies and culture.”
