GoodNewsPilipinas.com stands out as the No. 1 Philippine website on FeedSpot’s Top 40 Good News Websites in 2024, ranking at No. 13. This recognition, which also includes its journalists in the Top 50 for covering positive news, underscores the platform’s commitment to highlighting uplifting stories about the Philippines and Filipinos worldwide.

FeedSpot, a US-based database that surveys internet content, updated its rankings on July 5. GoodNewsPilipinas.com was hailed the No. 1 Philippines-based site with “the best Good news websites from thousands of news websites on the web ranked by relevancy, authority, social media followers, and freshness.

This accolade adds to GoodNewsPilipinas.com’s achievements in its 18th year. In 2024, the site also won the Gold Anvil for Best Publication PR Tool at the 59th Anvil Awards of the Public Relations Society of the Philippines. Additionally, it earned its third successive Finalist spot at the Lasallian Scholarum Awards of De La Salle University. The Philippine media outlet is led by former BBC News and CNN Philippines Anchor Rico Hizon, a Filipino Pride advocate.
