The best travel photos from the Philippines will be featured in “Scenes From a Fictional Film”, the new film project of Hollywood star Joseph-Gordon Levitt.
Levitt went on social media to ask Filipino netizens to send their photos for a chance to be featured in the film series which will combine short pieces of writing to create scenes from imaginary movies.
“Hello to my friends in the Philippines! I’ve got another project for you…find a photo that you’ve taken somewhere in the Philippines. Any photo works, as long as it’s one you’re proud of,” the Hollywood actor-director wrote in his post on August 18.
The actor-director said he was blown away by the photos sent by Filipino netizens so far, and is now once again asking his fans from the Philippines for help.
In a Facebook post dated on August 20, the actor asked netizens to finish a sentence: “The most beautiful thing about the Philippines is ___.”
Previously, the actor already outsourced writers from the Philippines for his writing series entitled “Passport Poems.”
Levitt attached a breathtaking view of Donsol, Sorsogon’s beach in the post, inviting interested netizens to write two-sentence pieces describing the beautiful moment captured in the photo.
Netizens can submit their photos on HitRecord, an online media platform founded and owned by Levitt and used for collaborations of an online community of writers, filmmakers, musicians, and artists from around the world.
