France’s World Music Day is set to be celebrated in the Philippines on multiple concert stages on three days this June 2019.
The simultaneous concerts are known worldwide as the French Fête de la Musique first held in Paris in 1982 and usually held on the Saturday closest to June 21. The Philippine leg of the music festival is now on its 25th edition of showcasing different music genres of the best that Filipino music has to offer.
Fête Philippines announced the schedules of the multiple concert stages across more than 7 cities in over 55 venues with over 4,000 artists opening to the public for free.

The Fête de la Musique Rock ‘N Roll Stage is returning after its 2017 debut. Razorback with Basti Artadi headlines the line up of 14 bands in concert at the Makati Sports Bar on June 22.
Organized by Rough Stuff Entertainment (RSE) in cooperation with SX Manila and Awesome Events and Productions, Good News Pilipinas joins the Rock N’ Roll Stage as its media partner covering the performances of some of the country’s biggest rock n’ roll acts.

RSE organizer Miko Llorca was interviewed on Good News Pilipinas! Radio Live on DLSU-D 95.9 Green FM about what the public can expect from the Rock ‘N Roll Stage. Llorca revealed they’ve booked Kjwan and Razorback to represent the best of rock and roll acts in the country.
Llorca added that the most well known French event in the Philippines is the most challenging to organize due to the scale of the concert.

The French Embassy and Alliance Francaise de Manille Fête de la Musique in the Philippines happens on the following dates:
- Makati (June 22)
- Intramuros (June 28)
- Baguio, Batangas, Bulacan, Laguna, Palawan, and Pampanga (June 29)
