Filipino chef JP Anglo will be holding a free virtual masterclass together with Singapore’s chef Bjorn Shen for the 28th edition of the Singapore Food Festival (SFF).
This year’s SFF takes on a new hybrid format, hosting virtual and live events to offer local and international viewers the opportunity to learn from some of the most renowned chefs in Singapore and Asia amid the COVID-19 pandemic.
The 28th SFF lineup comprises virtual food experiences, themed workshops, and masterclasses including “The Boyster Omelette” featuring Singapore’s chef Bjorn Shen of Artichoke and Small’s and the Philippines’ JP Anglo, chef and restaurateur of Sarsa Kitchen fame.
In the live masterclass, chefs JP and Bjorn will work on their own flavorful renditions of the iconic Oyster Omelette, a classic Singaporean favorite.
“The Boyster Omelette” will be live-streamed on August 29 at 6 p.m. via Facebook on VisitSingapore.
Viewers can also sign up for more online masterclasses at the Singapore Food Festival here.
