Eva Noblezada picked up a 2020 Grammy Awards nomination along with the cast of Hadestown.
The Tony-nominated Eva Noblezada plays the young dreamer Eurydice in the mythical tale of Hadestown whose Original Broadway Cast Recording scored the Best Musical Theater Album nomination in the 62nd Grammy Awards slated for January 2020.
The Recording Academy named Hadestown as one of the nominees in the list released November 20.

Hadestown competes against the Broadway cast recordings of Ain’t Too Proud: The Life and Times of the Temptations, Moulin Rouge! The Musical, Oklahoma!, and the production of the Music of Harry Potter and the Cursed Child – In Four Contemporary Suites.
In 2018, Lea Salonga and the cast of Once On This Island were nominated for Best Musical Theater Album at the 61st Grammy Awards.
Lea Salonga and Eva Noblezada both played the iconic role of Kim in Miss Saigon, the role originated by Salonga.
Salonga and Noblezada have been brought together on the Filipino-American film, Yellow Rose, which has been receiving accolades in international film festivals.
Eva Noblezada is joined on the 62nd Grammy nomination list by H.E.R., another international music artist with Filipino lineage, who picked up 5 nominations at the 2020 Grammys.
