In this episode, Direk Rene chats with Mrs. Universe New Zealand Carmela Evora Laylo about being a MUSA Fabrics Ambassadress at the New York City fashion show.
Laylo reveals how her dream to be on the fashion runway when she was a young girl in Calapan, Oriental Mindoro, came true in her 40s.
Laylo wore Philippine fabric woven by the indigenous people as she modeled MUSA Fabrics on the runway of the NYC Rooftop fashion show.
She also graced the Times Square billboard.
