The country’s bet to the 2019 Mr. Culture World, Adrian Joseph Arias of Bulacan, raised the Philippine colors in Vietnam for bagging the 1st Runner-up title in the pageant held Friday.
The 22-year-old model and aspiring singer bested candidates from Asia and Australia to win the Mister Culture World 2019 1st Runner-up title in the finals night held on September 13 in Ho Chi Minh City.
The Theater Arts graduate of Bulacan State University also made it to the top 3 of the pageant’s national costume competition, and top 3 in best in talent.
The Philippines’ pageant titleholder also received the Special Award of Mr. Psalmstre and was hailed as a new cultural ambassador.

- Winner – Tha Doe Aung, Myanmar
- 1st Runner-up – Adrian Joseph Arias, Philippines
- 2nd Runner-up – Mohammad Tariq, Australia
Arias represented the province of Bulacan in the national pageant where he won the Mister Continental Philippines 2019 – Tourism and earned the right to represent the Philippines in the international pageant in Vietnam.
The title Mister Continental Philippines 2019 was won by Jan Kim Vergel of Mindoro who eventually snagged the 2019 Mister National World title in Thailand.
Adrian Joseph Arias now joins the list of Filipino men who have raised the Philippine flag in the world of pageantry such as Yves Campos of Cebu who clinched the 2019 Mister Tourism and Culture Universe title in Myanmar and Kurt Michael Primicias from Pangasinan who bagged 2019 Mister Tourism Ambassador World in Malaysia.
