British company Deloitte is expanding its jobs hiring in the Philippines as it launched a global delivery center in Bonifacio Global City.
Deloitte’s BGC center presented to media in June will serve clients operating in Asia Pacific.
Deloitte Consulting PDC Managing Director Uday Sreeram said the Philippines will be a “strong delivery arm” in the Asia Pacific time zone.

Deloitte Consulting Philippines Delivery Center (PDC) began operations in February this year with 150 people hires. The global professional financial services company said it is looking to hire 1,000 staff for its operations in the Philippines.
“We’ve committed around 700 (jobs) over a few years but I believe given the market where we are going, we could see thousand [by] 2024,” Deloitte Consulting LLP principal and Global Delivery Network leader Jeff Jordan said in the media briefing.
In April, Deloitte released a report describing the Philippines as an attractive investment destination. The company noted how the country has been one of the better performers in the Asian region despite global uncertainty.
Deloitte also noted how the country is expected to be the second fastest growing emerging market in the world in the next 10 years. PDC managing director Sreeram listed the job hires needed in the fields of:
- engineering
- information technology
- computer science
- design
Sreeram adds the company is actively recruiting both experienced professionals and fresh graduates through recruitment agencies.
