BPI’s microfinance arm, BPI Direct BanKo, Inc., won the “New SME Lending Product of the Year – Philippines” for its NegosyoKo Loan. This loan program supports self-employed micro-entrepreneurs (SEMEs) with options like the NegosyoKo Lite for smaller loans, and the NegosyoKo Loan for amounts up to Php 500,000.
Additionally, BPI partnered with Jollibee Foods Corporation to offer the JFC Agri Loan Financing, providing small farmers with affordable financing and incentives for timely repayment.
Leading in Digital Banking
BPI’s Digital Channels earned the “Open Banking Initiative of the Year” Award, showcasing the bank’s ability to innovate through its Open Banking ecosystem. This achievement reinforces BPI’s commitment to providing secure and convenient online banking experiences.
The Loans Marketplace also won the “Digital Consumer Banking Initiative – Philippines” Award for simplifying loan acquisition processes, driving customer engagement, and surpassing digital loan application targets.

BPI’s Sustainability Office was recognized with the Silver award for “Environment, Social, and Governance (ESG) Program of the Year” for integrating ESG principles into the bank’s strategy. One standout product is the Green Saver Time Deposit, which promotes social inclusivity while supporting environmental projects.
BPI’s Agency Banking won the “Customer Experience Initiative of the Year – Philippines,” for expanding financial access to underserved areas through partnerships with retail sector players under the “May BPI Dito” program.
