PHLPost Announces 2024 Christmas Mailing Deadlines for Letters and Parcels

The Postal Office advisory recommends the following dates for mailing greeting cards and gift boxes.

The Philippine Postal Corporation (PHLPost) has released its 2024 holiday mailing schedule to ensure that letters, greeting cards, and parcels are delivered on time this Christmas season.

With the “Ber Months” in full swing, PHLPost urges Overseas Filipino Workers (OFWs) and other senders to adhere to the following deadlines for both domestic and international shipments:

Domestic Express Mail (DEMS):

  • Metro Manila: December 6
  • Luzon: December 4
  • Visayas and Mindanao: November 29

International Express Mail (IEMS):

  • Abroad: November 22

Domestic Registered Mail:

  • Metro Manila: December 4
  • Luzon: November 29
  • Visayas and Mindanao: November 22

International Registered Mail:

  • Abroad: November 18

Domestic Parcels:

  • Metro Manila: November 29
  • Luzon: November 22
  • Visayas and Mindanao: November 20

Air Parcels (International):

  • Abroad: November 8

Domestic Ordinary Mail:

  • Metro Manila: November 29
  • Luzon: November 22
  • Visayas and Mindanao: November 29

International Ordinary Mail:

  • Abroad: November 18

PHLPost reminds senders that mail containing goods, particularly dutiable items, will be subject to customs examination, which could extend processing times.
