Teen star Liza Soberano is now the new face for Maybelline beauty products.
The Filipina-American beauty signed the contract to model for the international beauty brand, marking her first global endorsement.
“It was like a dream come true for me. I remember looking up to the brand as a young girl. I can even remember the first time I brought one of their products,” Soberano said to media at her press launch in early August.
Soberano was ranked number 2 in Wonderslist’s World’s Top 10 Most Beautiful Women of 2016.
The popular actress and model who was paired with Enrique Gil in a hit love team, has been acting in television and films since 2011.
"Throughout the years, I’ve grown up in front of the limelight as a model and an actress and I believe makeup plays an important part in building the confidence to feel beautiful. I believe that women should feel confident innately, and makeup helps women, like me, because it gives them the extra boost that they need," the new Maybelline girl shared.
Soberano will model for the beauty brand as the embodiment of a “unique mix of youthfulness, style, and boldness that makes her the perfect fit for the brand.”
