Eat Bulaga on Wednesday released its Bobble Head Dolls collection to raise funds for its public service segment that provides livelihood to viewers.
The Bobble Head Dolls are based on the characters of the show’s Kalyeserye starring the phenomenal AlDub love team of Asia’s Multimedia Star Alden Richards and social media influencer-endorser, Maine Mendoza.
Philippine television’s longest-running noontime program social media posted on May 13, 2020, about the new Bobble Head Dolls and their good purpose.
“DM (Direct message) na mga Dabarkads,” Eat Bulaga wrote. “Para ma-avail na ang mga Bobble Head Dolls nila Lola Nidora (Wally Bayola), ALDUB, Aleng Maliit at Ryzza Chacha (Ryzza Mae Dizon) para pandagdag puhunan sa Kabuhayan Ni Juan!”
The Kabuhayan Ni Juan is an Eat Bulaga segment that provides for Filipinos who want to start their own small business.
“Sa bawat Bobble Head Doll na bibilhin ninyo, may collector’s item na makakatulong pa kayo!” EB added.
Those who wish to have their own Kalyeserye memorabilia are encouraged to send Eat Bulaga social media a direct message.
First aired in 1979, Eat Bulaga has been helping Filipinos through its segments and charitable works.
More recently, Eat Bulaga donated 3D printers to the University of Santo Tomas to enhance its face shields production for the coronavirus disease (COVID-19) frontliners.
Eat Bulaga host Maine Mendoza had also started a donation drive for workers without pay during the community quarantine to stop the spread of COVID-19.
