IWG, the leading workspace provider that pioneered the coworking space concept in the Philippines. has signed a franchise partnership agreement with Cebu-based property developer AppleOne Properties, Inc. (API), the first in the Southeast Asian region.
The IWG and AppleOne collaboration will expand IWG’s footprint in the Philippines, particularly the Visayas region.
Under the franchise partnership agreement, API and IWG will work together over five years to develop eight new centers in six cities across the Visayas region, namely in:
- Cebu City
- Lapu-Lapu City (Mactan)
- Mandaue City
- Dumaguete City
- Iloilo City
- Bacolod City
These centers will join the IWG global network that currently consists of 3,400 locations across 120 countries. In the Philippines, IWG has 28 locations in 10 cities across Metro Manila, Cebu, Davao, and Clark.
As an IWG franchise partner, API’s workspaces will become part of the globally recognized IWG brand and benefit from its 30 years’ experience as an industry leader. IWG brands, which include Regus and SPACES, serve the workspace needs of more than 2.5 million entrepreneurs, multi-million dollar individuals and corporations daily.
