PH Time Is Now is heading to Toronto, Canada for its first satellite event.
The event is hosted by Chietopia’s Rechie Valdez, a Filipino-Zambian raised in Canada and who works as a banker while managing her specialty desserts business.
Valdez says she offered to host the Toronto leg of Ph Time Is Now because she learned much from Global Filipino trailblazers from different industries at the inaugural mentoring and networking summit in New York.
“All of us were united at this event, and today we stand together stronger, as a part of a larger family of Filipinos. A community that has forged bridges across the globe, shared ideas, and who have continued to thrive,” shares the Chietopia chief on her Facebook post.
PH Time Is Now continues on July 26 in Toronto on the theme: Ready, Set, Grow! A business mentorship & strategy discussion.
PH Time Is Now New York in June brought together global Filipino trailblazers such as Vincent Rodriguez III, the romantic lead of Crazy Ex-Girlfriend, successful restaurateur Nicole Ponseca, and award-winning television journalist Ernabel Demillo.
New York event mentor Janice Lao, a top global leader in Sustainability and Director of Sustainability and Corporate Responsibility at Hongkong Shanghai Hotels, will come to Toronto to give advice about on “How to run your business while caring for the earth.”
PH Time Is Now is organized by events management and digital marketing company ReachUs, LLC with the support of Ayala Corporation, Ayala Land, Inc., ECL Events, Philippine Airlines and Royale Marketing.
