Three thousand Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) jobs have opened for Cavite and Quezon City workers as Teleperformance Philippines launched its new site in Bacoor and expanded its Quezon City site.
The BPO company launched its recruitment call for workers in its new site in Molino, Bacoor on October 27, 2020.
Teleperformance Molino is the BPO company’s 22nd site in the Philippines that include Antipolo, Baguio, Cebu, Bacolod, Davao, Cagayan De Oro, and Metro Manila.
The new site will be servicing various companies in the finance, services, and telecommunications industries.
Teleperformance Molino will be prioritizing the hiring of Cavite-based workers, revealed Teleperformance Philippines CEO Mike Lytle.
“What’s unique about this site is that not only are we providing a physical location for people to work in very safely, in an environment where we can practice and keep our employees safe, but we’re also opening up more opportunities for people to work from home, including people in Cavite,” Lytle said during the virtual recruitment party.
Teleperformance currently employs 47,000 employees More than 4,000 of its front line workers and 50 percent of its support staff are allowed to work from home.
BPO job openings are seen to expand despite the coronavirus pandemic with expansions from companies such as Alorica.
