Top 2: Philippine Universities’ World Rankings
There were 10 Universities recognized in the 2023 Times Higher Education World University Rankings (THE WUR). The largest number of Filipino Higher Educational Institutions (HEIs) appearing on the annual global list since it started 19 editions ago placed 2nd in our monthly best-of-list.

Top 3: Carlos Yulo headlines World Gymnastics Championship
The Philippines’ Carlos Edriel Yulo being named among the six Olympic and World Champions headlining the entry list of competitors for the gold medal at the 51st Federation Internationale Gymnastique Artistic Gymnastics World Championships (FIG Worlds) in Liverpool England made it to the Top 3 rank.
