The new Philippine Airlines (PAL) daily flights between Nagoya and Cebu scheduled to begin March 31, 2019 are expected to boost tourist arrivals from Japan this year.
The daily Nagoya-Cebu flight route, which the airline currently serves only four times in a week, is PAL’s most significant expansion since December 2014.
The Most Improved Airline for 2019 will serve its Nagoya-Cebu patrons with its new Airbus A321ceo capable of seating 199 passengers and offers 12 seats on business class and 187 on economy class.
“Our trademark Heart of the Filipino service will shine through” said PAL’s President and COO Jaime J. Bautista, as he takes pride on the launch of the daily Nagoya-Cebu service. PAL is the only airline to give travelers a daily direct flight to Nagoya, Tokyo and Osaka from Cebu.
PAL recently announced its new flight routes to Israel providing pilgrim Filipinos an easier flight to the Holy Land. PAL’s flights between Manila and Tel Aviv is scheduled within the first quarter of 2019.
