Japan’s Uniqlo is expanding its operations in the Philippines with its first stand-alone retail store in the country.
The Uniqlo roadside store is only the second of its kind in Southeast Asia. Uniqlo had previously stated its belief in the strength of the Philippine economy and Filipino preference for quality but affordable fashion.
The Japanese clothing brand will open the non-mall store later this year in Westgate, Alabang. The new Uniqlo store aims to service residents of Muntinlupa City and nearby provinces.
The Uniqlo one-stop roadside store will sell LifeWear apparel for women, men, kids, and babies.
The Uniqlo Westgate Alabang roadside store will also offer a dedicated spacious parking area for the convenience of shop customers.
