Michael Pacquiao has made it to the top trending topics on social media on Wednesday, July 8, 2020, after netizens came across the newly released rap song, Pac-Man.
The second son of Filipino boxing legend Manny “Pac-Man” Pacquiao collaborated with rap artist Michael Bars, to come up with a song that pays homage to his father, Filipino boxing legend Manny Pacquiao.
This is not the first time that the younger Pacquiao has shown his rap and music skills. He already has a number of songs uploaded on his YouTube channel.
Pac-Man is his first song produced through a collaboration that is dedicated to the Filipino pride champion.
The catchy rap music titled with the boxing champion’s monicker, also featured Michael Buffer’s iconic catchphrase, “Let’s get ready to rumble.”
Here are the lyrics of “Pac-Man”:
When I’m in the ring they call me the King
I think I’m becoming like Pacquiao
I’m thinking like Manny
We coming in handy
We giving you something to chat about
I’m here to bring in the bag
I never live with a mask
I wouldn’t come in the ring
because I will go in with a wicked attack
The music collaboration of two artists received positive feedback from netizens who had listened to the tribute song.
